YWCA York Hosts the Keystone State Games

The Synchronized Swimming Competition Will Take Place at the Local Facility
 
 
On Friday, August 3^rd, YWCA York will host the Synchronized Swimming competition for the 2012 Keystone State Games.  This will be the second year in a row for YWCA York to host this event, in addition to having their York Synchro-ettes compete in the competition.
 
The competition is expected to begin at 10 am on Friday, and should finish around 3 pm in the afternoon.  Females will compete is the following categories:  Solo, Duet, Trio, and Team.  Medals are awarded to the top three athletes in each division. 
 
The mission of the Keystone State Games is to promote physical fitness and sports activity as a health improvement and disease prevention strategy for all Pennsylvanians and to create an expanded, coordinated and citizen-sponsored program of physical fitness and amateur athletic competition.
