Hi, I’m Cindy, founder of Smart Paws Academy. I provide customized, in-home dog training for families in Hanover, Gettysburg, Littlestown, and surrounding communities. My approach is relationship-based and rooted in positive reinforcement—no force, no fear, and no one-size-fits-all programs.

I trained through Animal Behavior College (graduating with honors) and gained hands-on experience working with dozens of dogs and families in real-life settings. I believe calm isn’t something a dog “just is”—it’s something we build together through understanding, structure, and consistency.

My goal is simple: to help you create a calmer home, build practical skills that actually work in everyday life, and strengthen the connection you share with your dog.
