Ribbon Cutting Celebration Welcomes New Chapter at Sea Gypsy

Hanover, PA – Main Street Hanover proudly celebrated the ribbon cutting at Sea Gypsy, a whimsical and eclectic shop located at 36 York Street, Hanover, on Friday, August 22 at 12:00 pm. The event marked the official transfer of ownership from founder Collette Soullaird to new owner Deb Karr, ushering in an exciting new era for the beloved downtown destination.
